Bak Global Consulting (BGC) is led by our two CEOs,  Ismael BAKAYOKO and Aboubacar BAKAYOKO, its Board, and its Executive Committee.

Ismael and Aboubacar  have been with BGC for many years with extensive client experience.

They have successfully contributed to our growth, both as regional and practice leaders and as members of the board.

The Board consists of nine Partners from diverse offices and countries, together with our global heads of DE&I and ESG.

The Executive Committee consists of the CEOs, the heads of BGC’s global divisions, and the heads of its global industry practices and our central functions.

BGC is privately owned by its more than 190 Partners.

They are not only owners of the company but also entrepreneurs in the truest sense of the word.

They are responsible for our business’s economic success and future development – and that of their clients.
